Reels safe-zone checker

Pick a frame from your clip and see the areas Meta's Reels guidance says to keep free of text, logos and key visuals: about 14% at the top, 35% at the bottom and 6% on each side[1][2].

The image stays on your device. It is drawn in this page only and never uploaded.

top 14%
bottom 35%

If any caption, face or on-screen text sits in a shaded area, move it toward the middle.

This overlay covers Meta's Reels guidance only. TikTok says its safe zone depends on the video's dimension, the caption length and the formats used, and publishes template files instead of one fixed zone[3]. YouTube does not state a Shorts safe zone in the sources we checked, so none is drawn for it.
